I am happy that I decided to read this tale, it was full of stance, and there was not a single second where I got bored or thought to leave it aside. I really like how Felicien Kanyamibwa framed everything in Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind, and I believe no author could justify this storyline. I am thankful to Mr. Felicien, who has crafted an amazing tale for us.

Felicien Kanymibwa has some magic when he starts describing any tale or its characters; the connections develop on its own. When I read his first book, I was impressed with the character development and the storyline, but when I came across his second book, I was pleased to be the reader of Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind.

The moment my eyes witnessed the title Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind, I decided to buy it. I, along with my children, enjoyed every bit of this tale. This is maybe fiction, but the way Felicien Kanyamibwa has tried to school his readers, related to topics like bravery, power, and dedication, is priceless. He actually knows how to introduce and develop the characters, many to the point that you actually know them.

This is a story that is packed with action, adventure, suspense, and a lot more!!

This book took many twists and turns! It kept me guessing. As I read the title Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind, I couldn’t predict what would happen next. It is very suspenseful and well-written, one of the best books I’ve read this year!

I love how Felicein Kanyamibwa has again come across with such an amazing plot. I don’t get easily fascinated by the fictional write-ups but trust me, it gauged my attention until the end, and I am so happy to invest my valuable time in this amazing fictional tale.

Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind is a tale of a young boy who decides to depend upon his bravery while endangering his life. We can learn a lot from the message which Felicien Kanywamibwa has tried to convey in his book. I really wanted the King to take action against the Chief because he tried to mislead him against Maguru, but I was satisfied that the King understood Maguru and his hunting skills. Once in a while, we see such tales in which everything goes well, and I am happy that Felicien pictured it well.

Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind is an amazing read. It starts with a lifestyle of a simple boy who loves to dream big; with his superb hunting skills, we see how he becomes one of the significant parts of the entire kingdom. I salute authors like Felicien Kanywamibwa, who allow their readers to think beyond the predictable and rise out of the ordinary.

Although it is a fictional write-up, the way everything is stitched up, it seems how bravery and self-reliance make a person grow above all. This tale is a flaming torch for the folks who only look for motivation and dedication to earn something greater.

Legs of Tornado: The Human Who Outran the Wind is a fantastic read; it gives you a lesson to be brave enough to pursue your dreams and accomplish anything you have had dreamt so far. As a writer, I found it captivating the minds of readers because when you add stance in the title of your book, the reader makes sure to find the answer by the end of the book, and the author has crafted an amazing tale throughout.

Even Roosters Dream to Fly is an amazing work of fiction. The author Felicien Kanyamibwa has described true events in the geographical area now known as Rwanda, in the late 19th or early 20th century, especially between 1885 and 1918. We are standing here in 2022, but through this tale’s detailed and relatable content, I thought we have time-traveled to decades ago – it is pure beauty.

I cannot believe these book genres are not as popular as they should be. I devour these books faster than any other book genre. I absolutely loved the writing and storyline. In my eyes, Even Roosters Dream to Fly by Felicien Kanyamibwa is a great story as the plot thickens and huge sacrifices have to be made. I loved how Manzi focused on his kingdom while having immense love for the queen. Although he could live his entire life according to his will, he preferred to invest his time and energy in the well-being of his entire kingdom.

Even Roosters Dream to Fly really hooked my nine-year-old son and me. There was great character development and rolling adventure. Felicien Kanyamibwa encourages ethical questioning of racial prejudice and the following authority. A vibrant mix of fantasy and historical fact. Also, I liked the ending of this tale; it is now really close to my heart. Thank you very much for enchanting us with great tales. Right now, I may not pen down my genuine feelings right away, but this book deserves recognition all over the world.

First, I would like to appreciate how Felicien Kanyamibwa has brought up the entire storyline – there was a struggle, passion, love, loyalty, and dedication to serving the homeland. Very few authors possess the ability to discuss everything magnificently. My favorite part of Even Roosters Dream to Fly was when Manzi married the princess when he won the challenge of killing a bull – It was when we got to see passion, dedication, and commitment towards the cause. I prefer fictional writings more because there we get to understand everything with someone else’s mindset, and that, I think, is what the reader loves to perceive when he is capturing the world with the eyes of the author.

  1. I think that is a fair point; the Rwandan massacre what lead to the international community seriously debating how to react effectively when citizens’ human rights are grossly and systematically violated within a nation’s borders. The core of the issue is whether states have unconditional sovereignty over their affairs or whether the innotnatieral community has the right to intervene militarily in a country for humanitarian purposes. If Rwanda had a right to unconditional sovereignty, then the UN acted correctly in standing by and watching a million Rwandans be massacred. If the international community only has a right to intervene, then arguably they didn’t do anything wrong either a right is not an obligation. This is how the initial discussion about the right to humanitarian intervention evolved into the now well-established concept of a “responsibility to protect”.One of the issues faced by the UN that I mentioned was the member states’ concern with public reaction to them sending peace-keeping troops. Many of the UN member states are fully-fledged democracies if the majority of their citizens are against their country participating in an intervention does this give the country a justification in not participating in such an intervention?
